Upon purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms:

• Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks (shipping time not included).

• Changes to your order must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

• No return of wholesale items will be accepted.

• Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Contact hellostudiosenn@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipment for replacement merchandise. Photos of damaged goods/packaging would be appreciated.

• International shipping: Orders will be shipped UPS. Wix tends to dramatically overcharge for international shipping. If this is the case the difference will be refunded the day product is shipped out. If however, Wix did not charge enough you will be sent an invoice via email.

• Studio Senn merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or Facebook.

• Minimum Opening Order: $200

• Reorder Minimum: $150

• Orders will be refunded if order minimums not met.
